Freelance - Customer Experience Consultant for banking

Our client is a large player in financial services based in Brussels. They are continuously striving to improve the online experience for their B2B and B2C customers. In order for their Digital Acceleration Plan to succeed they will need extra skills on business analytics, digital channels and negotiation expertise.
Mission & Focus: Online Business clients (B2B)
- Start date: asap
- Contract duration: 3 months (extension very possible)
- Location: Brussels + availability to travel to Amsterdam maximum twice a month
- Work regime: full-time, onsite
- Strong analytical skills (business analysis skills)
- Experienced in Digital Channels in a large corporate environment
- Positive and constructive mindset
- Problem solver attitude
- Experience in working in an Agile way is a plus
- Experience in Banking sector is a plus (knowledge of Isabel, Telelink, BusinessInside)
